About the Smart Homes Alliance

The Smart Homes Alliance is an Arizona based association that promotes the use of cement based building materials in the Arizona residential construction market. The Alliance was formed by a group of trade associations who share common goals and interests in cement based construction. Management services are provided by Evaluation and Certification Services, LLC.

Our Mission

The mission of the Smart Homes Alliance is to coordinate all political, marketing and promotional efforts to insure that concrete and masonry products are the dominant building materials of choice in the Arizona residential construction market. To accomplish this mission, the Smart Homes Alliance will:

• Increase the use of concrete and masonry systems in new home construction
• Improve the coordination of marketing and promotion efforts among all Smart Homes Alliance member organizations
• Provide a single voice for Smart Homes Alliance members to implement positive legislation and incentives for the use of cement-based products

The Alliance Vision

The vision of the Smart Homes Alliance is an Arizona residential construction market where locally produced concrete and masonry products are utilized as the standards for building safe, durable, quiet and energy efficient homes.
