Membership Information

The Smart Homes Alliance welcomes new members who want to participate in our activities and help to advance our cause. Membership is divided into the categories listed below with dues assessed as listed in the current membership application form.

Material Supplier

Those companies that manufacture and/or distribute cement based building materials or construction systems (Admixture Companies, Block Producers, ICF Form Manu-facturers, Removable Form Manufacturers, Ready-Mix Companies, Masonry Suppli-ers, etc.), or an equipment manufacturer helping to build a cement based material, or any company working with the manufacturer to change look and feel of the end product, or to enhance its physical properties (Pigments & Colorants, Fiber Rein-forcement, Concrete Placing Equipment, Tools & Supplies, etc.)

Trade Contractor Member

Those companies licensed as a related specialty trade contractor, such as concrete contractor, masonry contractor, carpenter, etc., working in the residential industry.

Professional Member

Those companies that design and specify the materials being used to construct ce-ment based homes (architects, engineers, spec writers)

Home Builder Member

Those companies licensed as a general residential contractor in the state of Arizona, engaged in the business of producing and/or selling single or multi-family residences.

Industry Association Member

Dues Assessed per specific strategic plan projects
